Youth With A Mission (YWAM) is a worldwide organization that has been around since the 1960s and has grown immensly with a number of new ministries including the Personal Transformation Center (PTC).  Its vision is to send out a bunch of young people into the nations to which the Lord called them to and train them to evangelize, disciple, and show Jesus to the world.  It was founded by Loren Cunningham when he was in his 20s.  I believe that when a bunch of youth go out and share God with others, people see the power of God through it because whatever wisdom or amount of love that flows out from us is only possible by the power of God and the fact that he guides us each step of the way.  There are currently over 1000 YWAM bases around the world in over 149 countries with a staff of almost 16,000 and it continues to grow today.
